Stainless steel 3/4" male adapter fitting from American NPT thread to European BSP thread. It makes it easy to connect the NPT-threaded head of the 3M SF18-S scale inhibitor to a standard BSP pipe network.
Two are required per SF18-S (inlet and outlet).
Installation
The NPT head of the SF18-S and the NPT side of the adapter tighten up after a few turns: this is correct, as NPT is a self-sealing thread. The manufacturer (3M) specifies sealing the thread with PTFE tape only; do not use any other thread sealant.
