Refund policy
As a consumer, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Notify us of your intention to withdraw at fonzara.shop@gmail.com, quoting your order number.
- Return the product to the address we provide within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the product is borne by you.
- We will refund the full purchase price and the delivery charge after the product has been returned, no later than 14 days from your notice of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been unsealed and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (for example filter cartridges, membranes and point-of-use filters). Customers acting as businesses are not entitled to the right of withdrawal.
