Shipping policy

  • GLS home delivery within Hungary: HUF 2,600. Free for orders over HUF 30,000.
  • Personal collection: 2760 Nagykáta, Kázmér utca 22., Hungary, by prior appointment, free of charge. Available only for products shipped from our own warehouse.

Water purifiers, water chillers and taps in stock are usually handed over to the courier within 1–3 working days. Brabantia and DELABIE products are shipped directly from our partner's warehouse. Their expected delivery time is stated in the order confirmation. If an order comes from several warehouses, it may be delivered in several parcels; even then, the shipping charge is applied only once.

GLS delivers on the working day after dispatch and sends a notification by email. Delivery of large products (for example freestanding water chillers, drinking fountains and beverage dispensers) is arranged individually.

Please check the parcel on receipt; if it is damaged, ask the courier to draw up a damage report.
