Stainless steel 1" male adapter fitting from American NPT thread to European BSP thread. It makes it easy to connect the NPT-threaded head of the 3M Aqua-Pure AP900 series (AP902, AP903, AP904) to a standard BSP pipe network.
Two are required per filter (inlet and outlet).
Installation
The NPT head of the AP9xx and the NPT side of the adapter tighten up after a few turns: this is correct, as NPT is a self-sealing thread. The manufacturer (3M) specifies sealing the thread with PTFE tape only; do not use any other thread sealant.
